2. Face Thickness

We Offer Both Thick Face And Thin Face Veneer For The Decorative Panels.
Normal Face Thickness : 0.6mm (+/-0.05mm)
Thin Face Thickness : 0.3mm (+/- 0.03mm)

3. Standard Thickness

2.5mm,3.6mm,5mm,8mm,9mm,12mm,15mm,18mm,21mm,25mm.

1220mmx2440mm,1250mmx2500mm;

(Other Custom Thickness Available Upon Request).

4. Finishing:

We Offer Both Un-Finished And Pre-Finished Panels, With Clear Coat Or Color Stained. Anti-Scratch Finishing Is Applied On The Top Coat.
Four To Five Coats Are Applied According To The Custom Requirements.

Type 2 (M.R.Glue E1), Type 1 (WBP)

6. Quality Difference BB/CC DBB/CC LOW GRADE Different From

(1) Core Splicing:

1)For Standard BB/CC Grade, Each Layer Of The Core Is Composed Of No More Than 3 Pieces.

2)For DBB/CC Grade One Layer Of The Core Will Be Composed Of Small Pieces, And There Will Be Small Holes In This Layer.All The Other Layers Are Composed Of 3--6 Pieces.

3)For Low Standard ,Core Is Composed Of Long Strips, But No Holes In The Core.

(2)Surface Veneer:

1)For Standard BB/CC Grade, The Thickness Of Surface Veneer Is At Least 0.4mm;

2)For Middle Quality, The Thickness Of Surface Veneer Is At Least 0.3mm

3)For Low Grade Plywood, The Thickness Of Surface Veneer Is 0.1--- 0.3 Mm

(3) Use Of Plywood:

1)For Standard BB/CC Grade, It Can Be Used To Make High Quality Furniture

2)For Middle Quality, It Can Be Used To Make Doors

3)For Low Grade Plywood, It Can Be Used As Packing Material, And The Underlayer Of Floors.

7.Quality Of Film Faced:

The Smooth Surface Of The Phenolic Glue Film Faced Plywood Can Smooth And Easy Highlight The Concret's Face,Especialy For The Concrete Construction With Clean Water.

- It Is Wear Resisting And  Anti-Cracking, Anti-Alkalinity.The Film Faced Plywood Made By WBP Glue Can Be Used For More Than 20 Times.

8Grade:

BB/C - Single-Piece Face And Back. Face Grade Is BB, While The Back Face Allows Unlimited Sound Knots And Repaired Splits. This Panel Is Considered To Be Sound;

C/C - Patches, Open Knots, And Veneer Splits Allowed. Veneer Lap And Small Core Voids Permitted. Generally Not Sanded.
